House Rules

Note that there will be a $500 fine for violation of the no pets, smoking, and parties policy.

NO SMOKING: ANY GUEST THAT SMOKES IN OUR RENTAL WILL BE FINED $500 PLUS DAMAGES

Pets: We operate under a very strict no pet rental policy. If a guest brings a pet with them, they will be fined $500 with additional charges for any and all damage caused by pet. We monitory our properties daily and if a guest is caught harboring a pet, in our rental, they will be immediately evicted with no refund of any rental fees and immediately charged a $500 pet fee. Our staff will inspect our rental, and charges for any damage caused to our rental, linens, etc. will be assessed by our team. The booking of our place acknowledges that you understand these rules.

The space
This condo has been recently renovated with new flooring, paint, décor, and comforts of home. It is on the 1st floor of the condo building. There are 2 queen beds available (1 is a sleeper sofa). You are able to use everything in condo.. You are renting the entire place. This condo involves self check-in with a door keypad; I will provide the key code after reservations are finalized.

Neighborhood overview
Our condo is just a few blocks/walking distance from the main street in Gatlinburg and the popular Donut Friar coffee & donut house. The main strip holds hundreds of shops, restaurants, attractions including: coffee shops, arcades, Ripley adventures, Space Needle, Ripley's Aquarium, breweries, The Village, Anakeesta, Chair lift, tram to Ober Gatlinburg etc. etc. You normally have to pay for parking in Gatlinburg which can be $10 -$20 per day, but with our condo, you can walk to everything without paying any additional fee for parking!

We are walking distance to all major attractions and trolley stop.
